Great question and likely the most frequent one we get. We view it as a team effort. You have the property and we have the equipment and expertise. Neither of us would take away anything if not for the other. At the end of the day, we’ll ask you what you’d like to keep and we’ll let you know what we’d like to keep. We want both parties to walk away with some great finds.

For right now, all you have to do is join the Facebook group. We don’t currently have paid memberships but that may change in the future.
